In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, and in order to identify potential risks and prevent possible harm to our company, our employees, our partners, and the entities with which we work, FONDERIE CORTIANA CAV. BORTOLO S.P.A. (hereinafter also referred to simply as “FONDERIE CORTIANA”) provides in this section a dedicated channel for reporting any unlawful conduct that could be detrimental to our company, the public interest, or the integrity of public administration. This internal reporting channel allows reports to be submitted

– in writing, by sending a sealed envelope via certified mail with return receipt requested containing the report to the following address: Via Cengio, 15, 36100 Vicenza, to the attention of the law firm Casa & Associati, acting as the external administrator of the Reporting Channel;

–    orally via a dedicated telephone line at 3316554508, available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.;

–    as well as to request a face-to-face meeting with the Reporting Channel Manager.

All reports are handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality in accordance with applicable regulations.
