In each foundry, the pouring machine is a crucial equipment to guarantee the castings quality. It is composed by a pouring vessel, installed on a weighted frame which moves on “X” and “Y” axis. This is a no-heating plant, which cuts down the temperature lost and the magnesium fading, thanks to the high-efficiency thermal insulation . Through the use of an hardware and a software specifically developed for this application, the whole pouring process runs in a completelly automatised way, eliminating the human factor.
