        This semi-automatic arm works in one of the most harsh area of the Foundry process.           The device provides, fully automated and in continuous cycle, the sampling and the analysis of the moulding sand.             Automatic pouring equipment<\/span> <\/h2>\n \n

            In each foundry, the pouring machine is a crucial equipment to guarantee the castings quality. It is composed by a pouring vessel, installed on a weighted frame which moves on \u201cX\u201d and \u201cY\u201d axis. This is a no-heating plant, which cuts down the temperature lost and the magnesium fading, thanks to the high-efficiency thermal insulation . Through the use of an hardware and a software specifically developed for this application, the whole pouring process runs in a completelly automatised way, eliminating the human factor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The Customer is therefore relieved of the management of this complementary service, by entrusting the Fonderie Cortiana Cav.
